BSP Employment Agency B.V. was founded in the Netherlands and operates in Italy through its own permanent establishment: two legal systems, one culture of work done properly.
We are an employment agency (uitzendbureau) under Dutch law. Our business is bringing companies and people together: we select, employ and manage workers who work at our clients' premises, under their direction, with the employment contract and the administration entirely on us.
The permanent establishment in Italy allows us to serve Italian clients with an Italian VAT number, electronic invoicing and local contacts, while keeping the solidity and the working practices of the Dutch labour market, one of the most developed in Europe when it comes to regulated flexibility.
More than headline figures, what counts are the commitments: to answer every request within one working day, to present only candidates who have genuinely been vetted, to replace within agreed times anyone who turns out not to be the right fit, and never to let an administrative deadline slip.
