Payrolling

What it is

With payrolling, you name the person you want to work with: BSP employs them and makes them available to you, taking care of the contract, payslips, social security contributions, insurance and every obligation. You receive one invoice; the person receives a fully compliant employment relationship.

When it makes sense

• Fixed-term projects for which you do not want to expand your permanent headcount.
• Foreign companies that want someone working in Italy (or in the Netherlands) without setting up a local HR structure.
• Working relationships that need to be brought back to a correct and safe employment status.
• Small businesses with no HR department, which do not want to improvise one.

What the service includes

• Hiring under the correct collective agreement, with equal treatment.
• Payslips, social security contributions, insurance and mandatory notifications in both countries.
• Management of absences, holidays and contractual deadlines, with advance notice.
• A single contact person for you and for the person employed.

The NL–IT bridge

This is where being rooted in both countries counts for most: a Dutch company that wants someone working in Italy — or the other way round — finds in BSP a local employer already in place, with the tax treatment, the social security and the contract of the right country.

Who is the employer?

BSP, for all purposes: contract, payslip, social security contributions, insurance. The person works at your premises and under your direction.

Who manages holidays and sick leave?

We do: the person reports absences to BSP, you receive the operational information (who is away and when), while the calculations and the formalities remain our business.

What appears on the invoice?

One clear item: the agreed labour cost plus the management margin set out in writing. Before we start you know exactly what the service costs, all inclusive.
