The place where hours are approved, documents are read and each person follows their own assignment. Every user sees only what concerns them: that is a rule built into the system, not a setting.
Four types of user, four different perimeters. No one sees anyone else's perimeter.
The contact person at the company using the workers. Approves the hours at the end of each period — the step on which both the worker's payslip and the invoice depend — and can reject them stating the reason, so that things get corrected instead of argued over. Sees its own assignments and the documents that concern it.
Does not see: the candidate database, other clients' data, or any information about the workers beyond what the assignment requires.
Someone employed by BSP and working at a user company. Enters their own hours day by day, submits them, and sees when they are approved. Reads the employment contract, the assignment letter and the notices, with acknowledgement recorded.
There is no geolocation of any kind: the system does not record where you are, neither when you clock in nor at any other time. It is not a configuration choice, it is a function that does not exist in the software.
Someone who has applied and has given consent to the processing of their data. Sees the status of their application and the documents they have received, and can withdraw consent whenever they wish — the withdrawal really takes effect and deletes the data.
The professional who looks after payroll. Has access to the generation of exports to the payroll software and to their history. Checks, supervises and can carry out the formalities directly from the management system.
There is no automatic sign-up: access to the restricted area comes from a relationship — a contract, an assignment, an application — and the credentials are created by BSP.
Once the relationship is active, management creates the user and links it to your company or to your position. It is that link which defines what you will see.
The initial password is generated by the system and shown only once, to the person who creates it, who passes it on to you verbally. It does not travel by email in clear text: a password written in an email stays there for ever.
The first time you log in, the system requires you to choose one of your own. From that moment the initial one no longer works, and no one at BSP knows yours.
It happens, and almost always for one of three reasons: the password has been changed and you do not remember the new one, login is suspended after too many attempts (just wait a few minutes), or the account has not been created yet.
In every case the route is the same: write to us or call your contact person. We cannot tell you your password — we do not know it — but we can reset it and give you a new one, following the same procedure as before.
