Notice on the processing of personal data

2. Data processed through the website

Contact forms and staff request forms: the data entered (identification data, contact details and the content of the message) are processed for the sole purpose of replying to the request. Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Application form: the data entered and any CV submitted are processed for recruitment and selection purposes. Legal basis: steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and consent for retention with a view to future selection processes (Art. 6(1)(a)). A profile is presented to a client company only with the candidate's specific prior consent.

Browsing data: the website is static and does not use profiling tools; the technical logs of the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) are processed in accordance with its policies, acting as data processor.

The data may be disclosed to: client companies (for candidates only, with specific consent), labour consultants, accountants and appointed professionals, and technical service providers (hosting, email) appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. The data are not transferred outside the European Union.

5. Rights of the data subject

Data subjects may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@bspemployment.com. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority remains unaffected (for Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali; for the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

6. Nature of the provision of data

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary in order to act on the request; if they are not provided, the request cannot be handled.
